            1) Assisted by our ‘U’ lines workshop layout, on one hand each department can  timely communicate and exchange opinions timely and on the other hand shortened the length of the whole production turning process and make sure the production lines in order.


            2) Highly automatic operation helps to reduce the manual operations and further more reduced the impacts caused by humans, products pass rate improved.


            3) Fully automatic continuous heat treatment furnace improved the technical proposal and effectively avoid the wheel deformation.


            4) Our low pressure machine adopt mix cooling technology which helps to increase 10%-15% yield for per machine and save 30% usage of compressed air.


            5) Our self-made nitrogen gas liquid aluminum dehydrogenation process reduced the cost of melting A356.2 alloy and improved the quality of the aluminum.


            6)We use high-pressure rotary spray gun for painting, the paints were painted equably to the wheel surface by high-voltage static electricity, which makes a beauty appearance at the same time save the paints and the cost for purchasing paints.


            7) We already get TUV and VIA certificates and we have bending/ radial/ fatigue 3 tests machines.


            8) We have rich resources of wind, water and electricity which is not only can satisfy our current capacity of 1,800,000 pcs wheels, but also can help us achieve the annual capacity of 4,000,000 pcs.?????

            04/  PRODUCTION DISTRIBUTION ADVANTAGES    

            We strickly follow OEM makers requirements, our Main Production Facilities are as following:

            1) Speaking to mold designing, we are following MFA method, after pertinent cooling at the hottest points of the mold and water spray for the bottom die, our molds are not only with high production efficiency, but also with high quality and high mechanical properties. What’s more our designs are lighter than these designed by other counterparts and OEM makers. The wheels weight changed lighter and the rotational inertia reduced too, so the acceleration capability and brake performance and fuel consumption

            of the car improved.


            2) During pretreatment process, we adopt chromium-free chemical cleaning and film treatment, which solved the heavy metal pollution problem caused by traditional 6 chromium processing.


            3) For the coating process, We have traditional liquid clear coat for wheels, we also developed a kind of high film thickness liquid clear coat and powder coat, These two kind of coatings can protect wheels from corrosion by extremely cold and high temperatures or humidity.
